Profile: LaHabana59 Promotions Canada is a not-for-profit, privately operated service for the sole purpose of promoting Cuban music, artists, culture and products in Canada. With a background that includes several years in the music industry, many years of business management and a total of both in customer service, we can provide a turnkey service.This is our passion, not our livelihood, but make no mistake, we take our promotion work very seriously, but have fun doing it!

Commitment: Our “Commitment to the Integrity of the Music” means simply that we do not interfere, attempt to direct or meddle with your artistic works. It also means that we customize and target our promotional and marketing approach to suit your product.

Project Management: La Habana59 Promotions Canada follows a project control plan to maintain the integrity of submitted materials for the use of promotion and to ensure that all activities, contacts and proposals pertaining to the promotional process are documented and made available to the client. Our management system complies with the ISO9001:2000 standard. * To enable us to effectively promote your product you must give La Habana59 Promotions Canada consent and authorization to use the materials you provide in your press kit or information package. Non downloadable audio samples of your CD will be published on the Internet unless we are directed otherwise.

The Process: Its simple, after we receive your press kit, detailed information, CD, samples, ideas, etc:
· Our webmaster sets up links, web pages, multimedia presentations etc.
· Our designers get to work on graphics, posters, banners, cards, etc.
· Production will contact all relevant venues, DJs and radio stations etc.
· Project management will supply you with a detailed report of where, what and how your product is being promoted.

The Results: Of course results and benefits will vary and there are no guarantees of bookings or dramatic sales increases, but we can guarantee the following:
· Your music, band, material or product will be promoted on multiple web pages/sites averaging eighty to one hundred hits daily.
· Every effort will be made to increase the possibility of obtaining bookings and engagements at suitable venues within the Greater Toronto Area.
· Where possible, suitable and available, printed advertisements will be added to local and/or community newsletters, flyers and notices.

What do we get out of this? The satisfaction of knowing that we may have helped in the promotion of Cuban music, artists, culture and products to the ever growing multi cultural and diverse friends of Cuba in Canada. We are a non-profit service, if we do not spend, neither should you! If a promotional activity requires funding we will contact you before proceeding.
